..hi fellows.. its been sometime that I've not posted anything here because I was transferred to another area of work.. and oh my gosh, I've really been busy.. think I needed some relaxation.. can anyone help me ease the burden of work that I have.. I need your suggestion on what basic relaxation exercises or ways that I can do.. another thing that makes my work even heavier is the attitude of my boss.. I'm just hoping that I can work longer since the company I'm working offers great benefits..

Hello
Congrats on your new area of wrok..Well, as already suggested by other friends,,I too would ask you to do meditation, after your work, in a silent place..
Relax, yourself with lively music, if you like to listen..read soft books before sleep and at the same try to evaluate the work you have done al the day and feel satisfied whatever done..Don't stree yourself, for any thing was left during work Hour instead prepare yourself for the better tomorrow.
Wish you a great time ahead.

We have similar situation now mate, I am also working here in another country and seems day by day my burden are still there on my mind. I can't escape from it because I am already here. I always thinking that I have no choice except to accept the reality that I need to work and earn so after duty I go directly to my laptop and visit mylot to relieve all my burdens from work.
Sometimes early morning I am pressured because of the nature of my job but I only smiled instead I make my day terrible. My colleagues always ask me HOW ARE YOU? I always say I AM FINE with SMILE in my FACE although I am not fine. I am pretending only. It's hard but hope I can manage my job for 2 years. After 2 years I will go home.

Just remember that in this current climate jobs are quite hard to come by, I find that just thinking about being on unemployment benefit is enough to make me keep my mouth closed and it prevents me from telling my boss what I really think of him!
My relaxation advise would be to get lots of sleep, drink lots of water to stay hydrated and fresh feeling and just have a nice lazy evening when you get home from work. Maybe participate in a little yoga or light breathing exercises before you settle down for the evening and try some relaxing music instead of watching television every night.

I'm sure you'll adapt to your new environment. It just takes a little time. Just be sure to be getting enough rest.

For you to feel relax its good to go to any massage salon to have you back massage and the best exercise that you need to do while you are in the office is being optimistic towards your boss. It would be healthy to always think positive and good things towards your boss no matter how bad his/her attitudes are.
