I'm a substitute teachers aide, so I only work sometimes. It's nice because the place I work for uses subs so much I could work every day if I wanted, but I can pick and choose. That way I can be here to get my kids on and off the bus for school. If we need money I work more, if I need to stay home with the kids, I can.

I work full time. My job is very flxible so I am able to eat lunch with my daughter at daycare once a week. I attend all of their school parties. I am able to take my oldest with me after school if my ex is unable to pick her up. I can take off for them anytime- no questions asked. I am very fortunate that my work is flexible enough to do this!

My husband and I both work outsie of the home, however, I am able to work from home if my children are ill. It is nice to have that flexibility if my children need me!

I work from home. I can set my own hours so that I still have time to take the kids to school, pick them up, cook meals, help with homework, give baths, go to sporting events and tuck them in. If it weren't for the teleservice industry it wouldn't be possible.
