We have like four very good local sites that I always used. And I go to the companies sites that I would like to work for in the area as well. I thought Monster.com was good but it was so large it was rediculous. I really think local is the best way to go.

try using www.indeed.com or www.craigslist.com..
but my suggestion is not to use job sites when looking for work..most companies doesn't use job sites..they just post in internally or just post in on their websites..70-90% of jobs are hidden..just search on the company that you wanted to work at then look up if they have an opening..
