markyehey try using www.indeed.com or www.craigslist.com.. but my suggestion is not to use job sites when looking for work..most companies doesn't use job sites..they just post in internally or just post in on their websites..70-90% of jobs are hidden..just search on...

markyehey it's not easy to cope with rude coworkers..try transferring to a different department..ask your supervisor for a meeting with that coworker.. it's better to resolve the problem as early as possible than to suffer in the end when you can't even stand to work...
