Many people become vegetarina because they feel pity to the animals that is or have been slaughtered for meat..
But we are humans and we eat meat..
And health wise we need protein and the best way to be get protein is to eat meat..
..
Now is being a vegetarian really healthy?
Or its just a state of our mind to be a vegetarian?
Its like teaching a Lion to be vegetarian..
Would that be against law of nature?

Being a vegetarian is very healthy for you. I tend to stay away from all red meats. I know many vegetarians who are the picture of health. There are many other things you can get protein from such as, peanuts, beans, eggs, nuts, legumes, soybeans and cheese.

Whatever diets we have it's all about balance. So we all need to get all the nutrients required, whichever diet we decide to follow. I have been a vegetarian for 8 years and I have found myself much healthier than before, the most evident being my resistance to colds and flus. I hardly have that, maybe once in a few years. I do take take eggs and other diary products though for vegans, they will get all their sources from plants and there's really a lot of choices to choose from.
Food for thought, we can die if we don't eat any vegetable but we will not die without eating meat. What does that say about this issue?

This is your type.
2. LACTO-OVO-VEGETARIANS
They eat the same as the lacto vegetarians but also include eggs in their diet...
..
I don't know that you can die if we don't eat any vegetables.
I will do some more research in this.
But I believed that we can lived without eating any veggies.
Or do you mean what ever plant?
Because veggie is limited only to veggie.. fruits are not veggie and other kind of edible plants as well.

Actually vegetarianism is pretty healthy and you can get complete proteins with beans and grains, especially rice. It is not like teaching a lion to be a vegetarian they do not know any better, we do. No vegetarianism would not be against the law of nature, we humans were given the gift of choice and so now we can choose to kill or to let live.

Just for your information.
Theirs no protien in grains and especially rice. So know your facts and do some research. But beans has high protein contents.. But do you know that if you have gout you can't eat beans?
..
And about gift of choice.. Its not law of nature but law of God...
..
If I don't eat and drink only water its my choice too..
But does it mean its natural?
Natural law is base on science.
And no matter what you do you are a carnivore.

I understand that some people have intolerances to certain types of food such as dairy and wheat products, though I am yet to hear from those who can't consume meat for medical reasons?
If it is a moral decision not to eat animal, then that is to do with choice whether or not we agree with that person's decision. However, as you point out, protein is an essential part of the body's requirements for fundamental nutrients - people do take supplements to make up for what they lack in their dietary needs, though whether this is enough to prevent vitamin deficiency is another question altogether and needs expert explanation, I am not trained to provide answers here.
I was vegetarian for five years, though not vegan, some people think that the two co-exist, yet they don't, so I ate dairy products but just not meat of any description. The irony of this however is that most if not all dairy products such as milk, cheese and chocolate all contain animal fats (Vegan varieties contain substitute fats) but then not everyone is both Vegetarian and Vegan combined, they usually are one or the other. I had no idea that dairy products contained animal fats because I was very young at the time and didn't bother reading the content list of what contains which ingredient in what - it simply didn't matter because all I wanted was a meat-free diet.
Clearly, my choice at that time was a state of mind thing and not because of any religious beliefs or medical disease that prevented me from including meat in my diet. I had no idea of why I really chose to stop eating it, but later became (Anemic) my body was producing more white blood cells than red ones and my complexion became very pale but it took a good five years of not eating meat to end up this way.
I don't agree that it is a healthy choice to become Vegetarian out of choice alone, but often people are unaware of some of the dangers that can occur if you deplete your body of vital nutrients, many vitamin supplements are not designed to make up for that loss, the body eventually responds negatively unless you are cutting something out of your diet without medical supervision or recommendation.

Being a vegetarian is a choice. Not everyone wants to be a meat eater. Vegetarians do seem to have better focus on their health. They treat their beodies with a little more respect. Not eating meat means finding alternative sources for our proteins. I am not a vegetarian but I have respect for them. I just don't think i could give my Big Mac!
