p4vp-mx problem / myLot

Hi there I have a system here my mobo is p4vp-mx and processor of celeron 2.0 and ddr 512 memory, my problem is my games runs slow, it's like in a slow motion mode some kind of a lag effect, even when I watch you tube on the net the video is like a swapping picture to another. what does this mean???

Probably its video hardware problem. How long you have that pc? If its newly buyed then i suggest to have it check on technicians where you get it.

So many factors could slow your system. Have you had a good anti-virus and anti-malware program installed ? Simply speaking, I recommend you reinstall your operating system. Hardware factor could also be the cause of your problem. I still remember around seven years ago. My classmate's CPU fan was so dusty that it rotated very slow. The inefficient CPU fan resulted in the CPU temperature went so high which caused the the suspension of the operating system.

I reinstalled my operating system but still my game runs slow. I checked my cpu fan it is seated flat on the cpu. could it be the built in video card of this mobo doesn't support games?
