Do you like make homemade ice cream at home ?

Hi there Pipi Gogo! I like ice cream and as much as I wish I can sample a homemade ice cream, I just don't know how to make one and I don't think anyone at home knows how to. I think I will have to convince my husband to learn how to make homemade ice cream so that we can try it. Your description seems to take ice cream to a higher level.

Sometimes I probably make ice cream on my own at home just for fun.However,I am totally sure what I make by myself is exactly less delicious than what I buy at shops in most occasions. How poor my technique mostly ! Meanwhile,choosing ice cream at shops is a bit more convenient for me.But on the other hand,making homemade ice cream is unique and enjoyable experience definitely.

You can make delicious ice cream with no added fat, just fruit - chop up and freeze chunks of banana, then you can whizz in the blender with other fruit eg frozen berries, and a little fruit juice to get the blender going. You do need a blender with some strength and power, and may need to stop and scrape it down a few times.

I think my family tried that once. However we usually buy store baught. Of course being able to control the sugar is just one of the benifits I guess. I have had home made ice cream before, but its not something I'm capable of doing as often as I would like. I buy it if I want it.

I love ice cream too. I tried to make ice cream when I was 10 years old, how ever it turned out to be an ice candy. For now I'd love to llearn how to make ice cream if someone would teach me. this topic makes me crave for ice cream now, but I'm currently watching my diet.

yeah, I like homemade ice cream better than the commercial ones.. in homemade ice creams.. you get to choose your flavor, and you get to put anything you like in it.
