I like horror movies, too. It's not because I like being scared but I like the thrill and suspense these movies are giving me.
The grudge can make mu jump especially when that face suddenly appears.lol. Sleepy hallow, too. Friday the 13th, The ring, poltergeists, to name a few.
Some horror movies don't scare or stir a reaction in me.

I absolutely love horror movies. There is just something about being scared that is also fun. Some of my favorites are The Shining, Poltergeist(only the 1st one), Amityville Horror. There are just so many I couldn't begin to list them. The ending of Paranormal Activity did make me about jump out of my seat.

I don't like horror movies. In fact I don't like any movie that is based on violence or bloodshed. I consider the violence and horror around us in real life is enough for me! But if it is a movie with not so bad horror, I can watch it. I like intelligent and relaxing movies, classical in general.I like also movies about personalities or movies where I have something to learn about life and people.

I love horror movies. I know many people do not like them not just because they don't wanna be scared but also because they find the stories stupid. Thing is not all of them is stupid or cheesy. I just love watching horror films because of the thrill I get from them. I love them even more when the story is unpredictable. I always get excited. I prefer ghost movies than gory ones though. Movies like Wrong Turn or final Destination kinda make me sick LOL. But I still watch some of them.

I still love to watch the old horror movies in black and white such as "Frankenstein Meets the Wolfman." I also enjoy watching anything with Boris Korloff as the main character. The newer horror movies really don't interest me. I did watch parts of some of the Freddie movies but didn't really care for them.

My favorite horror movie is Saw. It was really scary and sadistic but it also carried an important message, that you need to value life. I'm not sure if you've seen it or not but it has an incredible twist ending that makes people go ''Wow....'' I haven't watched the Blair Witch Project but I hear it is very scary and a great film. I hope to check it out sometime soon.

No, I do not think I like horror movies. I think there is enough horror in my reality and in the real world than for me to watch it. Frankly, I think we live in a scary world as it is. Just look at the news from Iraq, India, Pakistan, Korea, and other countries around the globe.

hi, codris
I like watching horror movies too.
I do not really watch every horror film that comes out. Instead, I wait for the good and really scary ones like The Blair Witch Project, The Exorcist and Drag Me To Hell. I like a good scare every now and then. I choose what to watch because I do no want to be disappointed.
Cheers!

Horror movies are my favorites to watch. The scarier they are the better. There's nothing to make your heart race faster than a horror movie. Your adrenalin and blood are pumping so hard you feel you will explode. Halloween is my favorite horror movie. John Carpenter knew how to frighten and when not to. Nightmare on Elm street and scream are excellent too. Wes Craven is great at what he does. Alfed Hitchcock was the master and led the way for many great horror classics. When i am in the mood for a movie it has to be a horror film.

hehe i am very afraid of ghosts, spirits and all these yet i love watching horror movies, listening to ghost stories but yes with someone beside me...but not with the one who will frighten me during those scary scenes of the movie..i dont like making it too much scarey while watching a horror movie like switching off the lights ,closing the windows and watching alone...maybe i will have a heart attack in such a case...i like to watch horror movies generally in the day time when it is light all around..i get less afraid...hehe when i watch horroe movies i feel afraid of going to pee at night (sorry if i am being too much descriptive)
i have aftereffects of a horror movie like atleast for 24 hours i cant stay alone at a room..i8 feel like somone is around me hehe like a ghost and blah blah...but with a proper company i enjoy horror movies...so to some extent i like them :)

Well, I am not actually into it. But my boyfriend loves horror movies. He always buy movies which we watch during spare time. I thing the latest that I had seen is "The collector"...Although my favorite is "The eye", the japanese version. I have watched the american version which was portrayed by Jessica Alba. I like the original and Philippine version of "Sigaw" or "The echo"...Those are just a few and had seen more.

I used to like watching horror movies, but now the older I get the less they appeal to me. I do still watch them, but only if I am with someone else, and normally it is because that other person wants to watch them not me. I do not like gore either, for me it makes me feel sick, but I think for me, horror movies give me an imagination that I do not want sometimes, and after watching a horror movie sometimes any noise that you hear in your house, starts making you feel like perhaps there is someone there. I think maybe I am just a wimp these days lol.. my favourite choice of movie would be drama and action movies.

Resident Evil is definitely one of my favourite horror/action movies!
I enjoy horror, just not the disgusting type, the real grotty, gross out stuff.
A good horror for me is either one mixed with action, or a thrilling storyline.
