What is the best way to lose weight?

I have tried no carbs, I have tried exercising , I popped a lot of diet pills and drank different kinds of fiber-rich drinks. Still I my weight stays at 140 lbs and I am 5'6" tall.

you can try this:
more exercises and little diet for dinner.
if you can persist,for weeks , you may lose weight.

My strt by skipping diet pills.i hv never heard any doc recommend diet pills to reduce weight.keep exercising,especilly jogging.more u sweatmore u loose fat.strt eatng a handful of pistachios as they help to reduce weight by burning fat and carbs.as soon as u wake up drink a glass of warm water mixed with few drops of lime,tsp honeyand ginger.eat well but at small intervals.i hope this will help u.

Hi ,lgdoria,in fact Im a skinny person and I've tried different ways to gain weight but of no use.Maybe lack of sleep is the reason why I'm still thin.
