I have tried no carbs, I have tried exercising , I popped a lot of diet pills and drank different kinds of fiber-rich drinks. Still I my weight stays at 140 lbs and I am 5'6" tall.

vaqqar Reason 4 heartburn mostly is when u eat something spicy and high caloric.have u tried drinking eno.if not try it.another best remedy I try everytime is eating a cup of plain yoghurt or with sugar.its really effective.
