Using Vitamin E capsules to remove scars and acne

i don't think do if Vitamin E capsule can really helps you to remove the scars and acne because it will only make your skin glowing and blooming but not totally remove those scars and acne,to remove them it still use the power of peeling chemical.

Not for sure.its like it works for some but not 4 all skin types.why dont u gv it a try.besides that u can try some usefull homeremedies that do work,as I hv personally gone through this prob a lot due to oily skin and this remedies hv worked.first pls try to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.blv me it works as wonder.secondly,at home dry some orange peels and powder them.mix powder with milk and honey till it forms smooth pst.apply thjis pst everyday.it doesnt only gv u a glow but also helps to lighten ur scars and dry out acne.u can evev use a solution made of 1tsp of cucumber juice and quater tsp of lime juice.this remedy also helps to reduce acne and scars.but dr rmbr one thing.this remedies need some time and patience from ur side.follow it religiously,u will c d diff.

My mother used to break the capsules open and wipe the oil on her face. She said it helped reduce the redness and help the scars heal. Maybe I should try that but I dont like my face all oily. I would have to change my pillow covers all the time then.

I have heard that it does, from people I really trust, but I have never tried it myself, so I don't know for sure...
