Reinstate my account and give me back my money

Mylot has illegally closed account and taken 150$ by closing the account. Sharon bucks has taken all the articles and on the payment day, they closed the account. They claim me and my brother sriramraj as same. I have proved and many mylotters know we are different.
But inspite of requests from 10 days, they are not even responding. Is this the way mylot admin works? I have very good faith on mylot and promoted mylot. Now they closed my account with name ksrpaniraj.
Is anyone else facing same issue.

I am not sure about the 'illegal' part.
When you signed up for myLot, you agreed to the terms http://www.mylot.com/o/terms.aspx and one of the terms is
myLot reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the myLot services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability. If your access to myLot is terminated, all of your earnings will be forfeited.
I am not saying that it is fair, but that is what you agreed to to become a member.
Maybe Alice will see this discussion and give you an explanation.
