Is there any free VOIP service provider
Yes I know this is not possible , and who are providing they are just providing for trial only. But they are also not cheap so that I could opt them, even the cellphone provider rates are too low already so there is no need so that I could go to them.

There is a free VOIP service. But for few minutes. And different time for different country. So it's possible and it's true as i personally use there free service.

Computer to computer VOIP calls are free with SKYPE. Computer to cell phone or normal telephone lines is cheaper than with traditional calls but free is impossible.
VOIPbuster charges 2 cents per minute on computer to computer and 4 cents and a 5 cent start-tariff for phone to phone, from India to India.
Make sure to check other operators too for they may be cheaper and have better service. The company I mentioned is just an example.
