P-NOY don't want to use cadillac presidential car for himself.

I truly believe that it does not have anything to do with the previous president but he is really like his mother that wants to keep simple as possible to the extent for being down to earth enough to reach the masses. But then as a voter rooting for Noynoy I would be worrying about his security unless if his personal car was already modified into bullet proof. He must think that anything can really happen in terms of his security that now he is the leader of our country.

I do not know if this is his way of leading by example. I guess that is his reason why he refuses to use the car that is for presidents. But I just do not know for how long he can do that. There are things in his position that needs special attention for his own safety and protection. The Wang-wang policies should also exempt him since he is the President. Because of his refusal to use it he arrived late in one occasion which if he just used the sirens he could have reached his destination on time. But I guess he just wanted to do what he said which is a good sign. For how long he can stand on his word time can only tell.

I guess I would agree with Julyteen. Noy probably wants to impose change starting with himself. I guess this time we really are seeing a leader who leads by example. I wasn't a Noynoy supporter before but judging from the things he's done so far, I'm starting to become a believer.

Our new President want himself different from the passed Presidents who are very luxurious in terms of car. He want to build his own image to the public. Hope Noy will succeed all his plan for the future of Filipino people all over the nation. Well, I admire him for being simple despite of his high rank in the society. He is the model of all politicians. Our support for him will make our success real. He is trying to reached the masses and even said to all people that he is not our boss but we are his boss. It's really different! Thumbs up for him.

The presidential car is a Mercedes S600. The Cadillac is the official car for the VP which is home to several spiders now. I wondered about that too. I don't know if his Land Cruiser is bomb-proof like the presidential car. If it is, I don't see anything wrong with using his personal car. I suspect that after he was shot in 1987, he would make sure that his car is bullet-proof. Probably does not trust the car yet.

i dont see anything wrong with it... maybe he is more comfortable with his suv.. plus its bullet proof... but i think president's car is bullet proof too.. he maybe wants to make his own image be different with the past... which is good..
