recontract or resigned!!!!!

jemaries One question, is it easy for you to make new friends and adjust to new surroundings? Will you get paid better in the UK.? Ask yourself those questions then it will be more clear as to wich way you should go. Just one thing a lot of times when we work at one place we get used to the work and its like the same old same old but this will happen occasionally anywhere in the world you work.Now working in a hospital where patients are always coming 'and going life is not boring, or dull either as often emergencies happen and you must be on your toes at all times. No place to be bored as you may be helping in a critical area where one mistake can be catastrophic.Another thing even a boring job is better than quitting then not being able to get another job. this economy now days has a lot of people jobless.

If your bored and tired with your current job and you have untill december to decide then you have plenty of time to look for something else. Its no fun being in a job that you dont enjoy. If you sign a new contract does this mean that you cannot resign if you change your mind? Because if you were having problems finding another job you could always recontract and then resign when you find something else. Have a look around for a new job but still do your best at your current job so that when you leave you can get a good reference from them.

If you are set with your work in UK then I guess you need to resign because if you will sign another contract and decided not to finish it you will be responsible for the damages it may caused for not finishing your contract. And besides you will be sued for breach of contract in that case. If you don't feel like working there anymore then you have to resign on december, anyway you still have couple of months to decide.
