Philippines- the 1st country most discussed about in Mylot

i am so happy that there are some pinoys here, maybe because we are so proud that we are pinoys and sharing about our country make us feel very patriotic and proud in this way we can invite some people from other country to visit philippines.

Just 2 types of people who answered this. First those who thinks there are more filipino's here on mylot than any other nationalities. Second, those who say that it's just because that's the only country we chose in our interest. Well the second is the right answer. BUT we 'may' also have the most number here and I'd think to so, because I have many interests added and mostly Filipino's answer them. Wish there is a way we can find out!

Hi! I am afraid your assumption is not correct, as far as number of mylotters from Philippines, is concerned. There are, at present, 57674 members from US and second comes India, there are 40,000 members from India and as far as Philippines is concerned there are 19881 members on mylot. Philippines is at third place, at present. BTW, I am from India.

Hi Lanie, I am proud to be a Filipino too—so proud to share how great our country and how we Filipinos are coping with all the challenges we are facing in our country. So proud to promote the beautiful places, spots and sceneries that our Mylot friends need to visit and see. In fairness, there are also some Mylot users promoting their country of oirigin and so proud too in sharing their culture, traditions, foods and practices that I love most in Mylot. I am learning so much from them.

Hi, You are right. After US & India, by myLot population Philippines is the third one. Also, even though I am not from Philippines, my friends in myLots 95% are from your country only. That is why I said earlier also, I have a special liking for your country. Here in myLot, all are my good frineds including you. I haven't noticed the other countries but I think they have lots of topics as well. I checked Canada before and there are also numerous topics in that interest. Try to add interests like USA, Canada, India, etc. for you to be able to compare properly.

Wow, this is nice. I see there's a lot of Proud Filipinos here. Although it is probably because you did not put another country in your interests. What I do hope to see, however, not in just in others but also myself, is the kind of pride that will motivate Filipinos to do good for the country as individuals and then as a nation. A country can be made or broken by its leaders but citizens take the most part and the most power in this process.

Probably because you didn't add the other countries in your interests. IF you didn't add them, you wont see them. Anyway, this philippine discussion groupd is misused. This is supposed to be about places in the Philippines but mylotters tend to post irrelevant concerns here. (I'm guilty of that too. ahahahha) that's why there are a lot of posts here.

Maybe you're right, there are a lot of Filipinos participating in MyLot and thinking about how to earn money online. MyLot is really great, because it allows foreign countries to earn money online, I mean, it's not only restricted to USA, because there could be some sites out there that restrict foreign nationals from participating in money-earning discussions and forums.

Maybe,many Philippines are here on mylot community.The members of your country is active and happy posting.They like to start topics and post responses.Their friends on mylot also exist many.

Congrats...Yes you need to be proud of it...i have notice a lot of fillipino's on mylot. This would also make me proud if i found a lot on people on Mylot.

Hello laniekins, We are third in being one of the most active and many users of mylot.but during the early days it was the Americans and Indians who are mostly dominant in this site until 2006. but am glad more Filipinos are turning into something useful for change. going to be a social site that pays everything they say or participation.. unfortunately, am not always amazed of having most being here since some are really too much but i appreciate most of them.

For me because Filipino is more time to discuss everything.

About the topic. In my opinion, not really since you are on our section or group. But if you are going to explore anywhere you would really see other countries as many as we are. But usually I am encountering numbers of Indians compare to other nationalities. Even in lovelife category there are Filipino and Indians that are usually posting. By the way of course I am so proud of being a Filipino.

i noticed it too. i think it is because we love talking about anything in our country and that we like knowing what other pinoys think of the things happening in our country.
