frishy if you're just came from a recent breakup then it is better to rest first :) and don't force yourself to love again if you are not ready it's depend on the person.

frishy I'm a coffee addict too i drink 4 cups of coffee a day but my mom said that i should drink 1 cup a day so what i did is i drink 2 cups a day now not so abruptly but i lessen my drinking :)
