I usually drink coffee on morning. I like milk ice coffee. If I don't drink it, I'll feel tired and I can't work well.
Now, I want to leave this habit. I'm afraid that I could be an addict. I don't want like that. I'm also scare that coffee won't be good for health if I will be pregnant
I have left coffee for one week. I still feel headache and sleepy. But It's no problem. Don't like what I thought, I still work well.
Before, I usually think that I can't work if I don't drink coffee, so I have not left it. It's humor. Now, I feel comfortable without coffee

I were the same. I felt very sleepy in the whole day without drinking coffee for a day or two days.
After these sleepy period, I should be recovered as normal.
From my understanding, coffee can slow down our aging system and it can prevent us from getting cancer because of the radiation.
I had become addict to coffee until I were poisoned by caffeine.
I couldn't sleep during the night after drinking too much of coffee at the daytime. My heart beat very fast.
My tongue was infected and swelled. I suspected it was related to coffee too.
Now, I quit drinking coffee. but once a while I shall drink too.

I didn't know about it earlier even though I were having such symptom.
Later, I read an article about poisoning by coffee's caffeine in our local newspaper, then only I understood my problem.
ha! ha!
I did try the Vietnamese Nescafe and it was different from the Nescafe in Malaysia.

You should try to stop coffee. I think that you addicted it very much. I never drink too much making my heart beat very fast. It's very dangerous for health.

Congratulations for finally beaten coffee out of your system. So you see, it's more of just having it in the mind that you wont be okay without coffee.
Continue doing so, for the sake of your pregnancy.

Yep, definitely during pregnancy coffee should be avoided as much as possible.
Hope you will find an alternative and will be successful in doing so.
Cheers

I am now addicted with coffee because it energizes me. If I haven't drink coffee in a day i easily got sleepy and I lose my focus. In my job, it really requires presence of mind so It is a must that I will always be alert. However, there are negative effects of drinking coffee like palpitation, headache and anemia. Also, I had read an article that women who drink lots of coffee has a lowest percentage on getting pregnant.

It's very difficult if you want to give up coffee. My status is more better. I don't depend too much on it.
Coffee is influence too much to your life. You should find the way to decrease it. I hope you'll be successful.

Coffee is good if you drink only coffee and it should be a small cup.
Coffee is usually including of sugar or milk. Besides that coffee in our country is usually strong.

I use to be a very terrible coffee addict that I could feel my nerves really bad all the time. I out of habit must have it daily and so what I did was for several years now I drink decaffeinated coffee. Though it is not entirely decaf free, it has made a world of difference for me.
I think that my mind always feels I need something warm early in the morning, and since I am not a tea drinker, coffee seems to always be of comfort.

Hi friend,
I have left coffee for one week and anything is good. I still work well. I only feel asleep a bit at office. But it's no problem.
I think that you're addict coffee more than me. So, you left it more difficult. You shouldn't drink too much tea. It's the same coffee.

The hot coffee will be better in the morning than the icy one. Good to feel good without coffee.
