no matter how you take care of your body; taking all vitamins; and eating the right foods if the effects of the environment can cause you a great illness. what would do.
wherever you go, people are smoking and you take it as a second smoker.
the water that you drink is not really safe, it passed to number of processing leaving out the minerals and other elements. the fruit and vegetable was taken care by the friendly chemicals. But you still get the illness.
Can you avoid the damage? what are your precautions?

well i've looked up the effects of organic fruits when compared to regular processed fruits. the research shows that organic and processed fruits have some harmful pesticides for killing bugs and bad bacteria during the farming that can also be harmful to the body but this was tested just on the fruits. the organic fruits had alot less harmful pesticides on them when compared to the processed fruits. the other part of the study was testing the 2 groups of people who each ate organic and processed fruits by analyzing their urine for harmful chemicals. the study shows that in the urine of the people who consumed processed fruits they found harmful chemicals left over. in the organic fruits consumed they found no trace of harmful pesticides unlike the process fruits. the point the study is trying to say is that the body can handle very small amounts of harmful chemicals in foods such as pesticides. however, they are worried about too many harmful pesticides being in processed foods since them found some in the urine of humans. i do know certain fruits are more liable to have harmful pesticides when compared to other fruits. the processed fruit i liked that didn't have alot harmful pesticides in them when compared to other fruits was the pineapple but the blueberries on the other hand had alot of pesticides left over when tested. if you were going to go with processed fruits and vegetables then the safest of all of them would be onions which is to my disadvantage because onions are the most yucky food in my opinion, lol. the study goes on to say if your on a budget and want to still buy organic foods then buy the fruits and vegetables that have been tested to contain the most pesticides in them to avoid harmful chemicals. many vegetables tend to be more free of pesticides when compared to fruits anyway. i admit i never hardly ever buy organic foods. its not like i'm going to die just from eatting processed foods immediately after consumption. it would be nice to buy organic foods to avoid chemicals that could possibly harm me in the long run but their just to expensive and to be honest i'm not really that worried about it. i have bought organic milk and it does taste better but still its too much as i can buy a gallon of milk for less than i can the organic milk which isn't even a gallon.
