do the self exclusion on all the sites you gamble on , then throw yourself into other sites like this one, occupy your time online making money not spending it if your in the uk there are lots of review sites that pay well

One thing is sure gambling is not for earning, its for loosing.
If you have your along with you, you can try your luck.
Try to concentrate on other work, don't get time to think about gambling.
If you don't find anything to do, then think about your GF

I have never had this problem, but I know that there are many sites online with tips and advice for people in your situation. There are also special supportgroups for people with gambling issues. Have you tried any of that?

There are many people out there who are addicted to different things. I think the easiest way to control that addiction is to try and be in an envirement where you are not thinking about it all the time. Next time you go online and you are urging to gamble just redirect yourself to youtube or some other websites where you can watch funny videos or have some fun. I think there are lots of websites where you can play online poker for free and not have to worry about losing money.
