aquariand If the headache has been there more than a few weeks you should go back to the doctors as something is not right, however if you have been taking painkillers for the headache daily it could be them wearing off

aquariand I usually spend about 30 minutes preparing a meal, unless it is a special occassion like xmas or a birthday when it will take me half a day to prepare sometimes longer.
