Do you read the nutrition facts before eating or drinking something?

I usually read them while eating the food not before I eat or buy them..

Yes! I am always amazed at the sodium in everything. Just to make foods and even water taste good they add sodium. No wonder there are so many people with high blood pressure! I used to have high blood pressure too until I started to read labels and be careful not to eat or drink high sodium products.

no I usually do not read the nutritional facts before I eat something. I will occasionally read them while I am eating something.

I usually read the nutrition label on foods when I am shopping. I have to because my hubby has high blood pressure, so he doesn't need a lot of extra sodium. I don't usually read the label on my own foods though.

most of the time I do while I grocery shop. I like to see the amount of grams of sugar, salt, vitamins etc per serving, especially when it comes to items I serve my kids.....
