is there a way to know if a cellular phone number is postpaid or prepaid? Before I know that globe has the 0917 number mostly associated with postpaid but there were some that has been for prepaid. Would anyone know if 0915 is all pre paid?

My cousin working to Globe Telecom for more than 10 years already and she is managing now the accounting department. I ask here about it and she told me that 0915, as of now are all postpaid. Only 0917 are prepaid. I used Globe sim and I am one of the subdealer of them, I sell prepaid sims since 2005 and I came across with mobile number 0905, 0906, 0915, 0916, 0917, 0926, 0927 and I think there's new one 0932. Globe is my best among all.

I think it won't reflect on your number if it is prepaid or postpaid. I could be wrong though. You might wanna check the telecom companies for this information. I doubt this info will be posted publicly on sites.

Before, I could distinguish the prepaid numbers from postpaid numbers.
Now that there are many cellular numbers already, it is very difficult to identify which one is prepaid and which one is post paid.
I cannot anymore distinguish.

My cellphone number with Globe is 0915 and it is prepaid. It seems like most people I know with the same 0915 prefix are prepaid.
