What is the best paid to surf site with high rate that really pays ?
like place an ads bar in desktop and get paid per hour or anything better ?

I mentioned in another discussion - Air Miles give you points to have use their browser.The points can be redeemed for all kinds of prizes, gift cards and so on. I just got my gas card from them.It might not be a lot, but it accumulates and the prizes you can really use.
