I think they overmarket this fruit! What are your opinions is it worth the price?

The closest I can think of the Acai berries here where I live is the juice-drink it should contain. As these berries are non native here while the drinks are bottled locally I do not expect them to be freshly squeezed. I would think that most of these drinks are made from concentrates. And that sucks when a lot of healthy benefits from them are lost during the heating process. Nothing beats an intake of fresh Acai or any other berries and fruits or their freshly-squeezed juices for health.

Yes, @jordanss. I have heard so much about this fruit and almost everyone is selling this juice. It's really sad that they use this fruit to scam others. We don't know which juice is real and which is not.

I think it is a scam too. I think there are plenty of purple fruit that give you just the same effect. I pick blueberries every year for FREE and use them yearround in many things. they are great antioxidents, taste great, and don't cost the sick amounts of money companies are charging for their "acai infused" junk. Think about all the other stuff they have to put into it to make it perserved for long shelf life cause it is so expensive it isn't flying off the shelves. It is just another fad to get slim quick. Best way to get you water daily, eat natural healthy food and excerise. All which can cost nearly nothing.
