If you would be born again and in a different country, where would that be?

I guess I am still very young to keep thinking of some fantasies in life. A lot of "what ifs" and imaginations. But, let's say we will be born again and we have the option to choose what country we will be born. Where will that be? and Why?
I guess being a Filipina and witnessing, and experiencing discrimination made me generate this question.

If I would be born again I would still choose the same family and country as well including all the hardships that I went through.
Not only Filipinas experienced discrimination, it can't be avoided. It's just a matter of how you handle it.

If I born again in my life I would be choose Japan Because I heard that place is nice and that is my dreamland. If I do good in my life their is chances to born again but who know where we will born.Just now I choose Japan but I don't think I will be born their, by choosing place now itself is also waste less or useless. Will you choose a place for next generation?

i dont think it matters. u will be the same person no matter where u r born in. u will just have different life experiences if u live in that country as well. i was born in scotland but raised in america, so america is what i know most about.

If I wish to born again, I like to be in England because I like their living standard and culture.

Most probably I want to be reborn in USA, Canada, UK or Japan.
This are countries I fantasize when I'm asleep. I'm proud to be who I am now but given a chance I also wanted to experience how to live in such places where most, if not everything, is advance and productive.

Filipina here too but proud of it though what I don't like here is the economy that is why if I will be born again maybe I will choose being in Japan because of the environment that preserves their cleanliness, technology and the fresh food, they can even maintain their beautiful white skin.

If I had to choose I would like to be born in the USA, since I have a lot of relatives and friends now living there and I guess it is still the land of milk and honey.

I would have to say i would be born in Ireland. My family heritage is pretty much based in Ireland. I was one of the unlucky ones who wasnt born there.

I would like to be born again as a citizen of Greece. Why? I don't know but I believe I have the soul of a warrior or a god. And besides, I've seen some documentaries of Greece on cable television and it somehow seems peaceful...and clean. And so many islands! It's like every destination is a vacation spot! Bright blue waters, white sands...just correct me if I'm wrong. Anyway, that's where I want to be born again.
