A Surprised Cake For My Birthday

Wow, I am surprised when one of my colleagues PM me on my Facebook account because our room ( we have 2 associates in one room) is closed. I am busy online so they know better way is to send me a PM. They told me to open my door because they bring a surprised for me. Doubt if it's true so I open my door and I am surprise with the big cake they bring and the name of our Hotel written with it. I am amazed with this new family that I belong. I am very thankful for the management for valuing my special day.
As I mention to my other previous discussion today is my birthday. I am very happy because my colleagues accompanied me in celebrating it even I am away from my real family. They are all now my new family and I am proud of them.

Yeah mate it's a nice feeling if you fellow associates valued your special day. Of course I am away from my family so they replaced my family for the maintime while I am here. I am very happy I am belong to this know company for hospitality not only for the valued guest but also to fellow associates.

Hey Eric, yes mate it's an uplifting way they showed to me during my birthday and in returned I will also show this to all people around not only for my fellow associates or my family but to all people. I already did this to my friends and classmates before while I am there in the Philippines. Everytime my friends and classmate having their birthday I am the one who initiate to have a small party or drinking session. Now, they remember me because it's my birthday and they want the day to be with them but I am away from them a thousand miles from home. LOL

You are very lucky to have colleagues like yours. It's not common in our area. However, it was already a tradition in our company which started 2 years ago to start giving tokens to birthday celebrants. 2 years ago, it was a 4 inch cake. Last year was a mug and a pouch bag.

Happy birthday, wow, you're new family really do cares about you. Glad they made you happy.
In my case, I'm still and student co I have no company yet, but I'm happy still that my classmates and friends in school never fails to greet me on my birthday.
And those I consider my closest friends in school likewise exert efforts to surprise me, or if not they made sure my birthday would be very special when I'm with them. :)
Birthdays are surely nice to celebrate when we have people who cares for us a great deal surrounding us.

When I was in the Philippines all my friends are there to greet me on my special day. We've been together the whole day until early morning for drinking session. I received their txt messages and they remind me what we are doing everytime my birthday comes. They really missed me and the group because when I leaving they no longer have time to get together for drinking session. LOL
