I am planning to open an outbound call center for telemarketing or telesales....can you all help me in that...who can give ,me idea on the procedures

You need some primary idea how to run a call center then buy accessories and start
to get some idea see my picture and contact here for earning some knowledge work with them.

Capital comes later but firstly I need to have some companies to work a their agent for the telemarketing or telesales...

If your opening a call center, just a little bit of advice from someone who works in one, I dont know anything about starting it up but when its all up and running make sure you have a good IT team to sort out the computer system, its so annoying when the computers dont work properly as there is not much we can do without them. Also make it a bright and happy place, in my workplace there is hardly any natural light and it gets a bit miserable lol! So we put up pretty pictures everywhere to try to light it up a bit!
