If you consider walking around the mall an exercise, well then the last time I exercised was last July 9, 2010. Lol. I don't know what happened to me. I used to do yoga exercises for 1 hour every other day. I guess I got too busy with work. How about you, when was the last time you exercised?

Does lifting and loading a bunch of scrap metal to load it on a trailer and haul it to sell count? I don't know if you can count that as exercise, but some of that stuff sure was heavy, and I worked up a good sweat out in this July heat in Florida while I was doing it yesterday LOL

Yesterday. I moved several hundred bricks from were they were delivered to were the work is being done. That was hard work. Plus of course 2 walks for my doggy. The day before yesterday, I had 2 dog walking jobs, plus my baby to be walked.Plus 100 bricks. Today I was out of town all day at an adoption day. I didn't get a chance to walk my dog. Poor baby had to make due with the yard. I still need to move some bricks, walk the dog around the block and then crash.

I try to exercise every day, it might not be a sweat producing workout but I at least get off the couch and do something active. If I really feel like working out I'll take a walk or help out at my church with their open gym ministry. I have tried a few programs that help you lose weight and they are very challenging to keep up with. I exercise for fun, its not something I have to do but I enjoy it anyway.

This morning actually. Well I use to be such an athletic person and let myself go, not that I was heavy or anything I was so busy with work I felt sluggish all the time. One day my son said mom you should be healthier with yourself. So I bought this wonderful exercise bike with Jillian Michaela voice. I was told by myself that if I joined a gym it would take me about an hour to and from the place to begin to exercise and I would probably get lazy and not want to go. So this was back in October 2009. I jump on this bike while I watch tv and she recommends 1/2 hour a day. It goes by so fast I do an hour a day for 5 days. Since October I have lost 61 pounds, so I was not fat but now I am looking nice, lean and feel great. So I am not recommending that every get vigorous like me, but walking as long as it is consistent, meaning routinely is definitely exercise. Good luck with that.

Earlier today I went jogging and did some isometrics for a while. I like doing isometrics because you can do them at any time. I'm doing them right now actually. This way no matter how busy I am I'm always doing my isometrics.

Hi santosmarichris, if I could I usually would like to regular physical exercise everyday. Yesterday I had my 35 minutes jogging again at the nearby neighborhood in the evening as usual. There was drizzle in the morning and it stopped at around twelve in the afternoon. It didn't occur to me that a sudden downpour happened in the evening I thought that I was unable to have my evening jog as usual anymore at first But it's still fortunate that the heavy rain halted just before sunset. I was really happy that I still could have sufficient time to go for the evening jog regularly. Both the morning drizzle and the unexpected downpour made the weather cold and the surrounding air fresh Have a nice day!

I am the laziest when it comes to exercising! The last time (and the first time ever) that I walked my dog was I guess 3 months ago! Oh dear! Time to shed these extra pounds.

Same here. I too used to do regular exercise, but lately have become very busy(official word)or as my enemies would say very lazy. I think it is a mix of both. I however try to do my own kind of exercise, I take the stairs all the way to my 3rd floor office which is an exercise of its own. I think we should try to do these kind of small physical workouts, if we can't go for walking if time is a factor.

Last Monday. This is awful to admit because I love to be able to get out and to be active, but this week has been a really trying week for my family. You see, my nieces were both sick so I didn't want to take them in the pool and I also had to take my husband to the hospital as well because he had passed a kidney stone and was in a lot of pain due to that. I'm hoping that once my daughter goes back to school I'll be able to get out and exercise a little bit more.

Last time I exercised was today only walked about 1.50 miles on the treadmill on a 5.0 incline. This was a slow day usally i do about 3 miles of walking but I was just very tired today, Did not get much sleep last night and I had an appointment which I had to wake up early to get to. So after that I fell asleep then woke up and did the treadmill.

The last time i exercised was the day before yesterday and my plan was to do it every day (p90x) but I'm so sore I can hardly work (massage therapist) so I'm having to give it a break for a couple of days. Nothing worse than not being able to lunge next to the table and breaking my back giving a massage. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of exercise. So I'll have to go a little easier on myself next time around. hehe

hi I know I should exercise each day but its been so long since I did and i have gained weight so really need to find an exercise besides walking that can rev up my metabolism and shake up my heart too . Walking is painful for me so need something, not swimming ,as there are no pools close by and Gold Crest does not have a pool or a gymn either. damn. I do have an exercise band of heavy rubber with handles so could I get my system revved up up that?

yeah, I think walking around the mall should count as exercise. It certainly isn't being still and resting!I exercised this morning. I started a burn fat/raise metabolism dvd with Jullian this week. I had my two days off already! The first day I did the warm up and one set. Then by today I did the warm up and the first 3 and half of the fourth set. There are seven sets, maybe by next week I'll be able to do all seven. But hey, at least I am moving!!

I try to exercise everyday. Even if it is only for 10 minutes or so. I am trying to slow the progression of a degenerative disease I have and have been told exercise is the only thing that helps. I always did exercise. Before I did it to keep my weight under control. Now I have extra incentive.

I walk to and from work everyday which takes about twenty minutes total. Does that count? Heh heh. I went skateboarding with my husband last week and that's probably the most active I've been for a while. I tend to get lazy in the heat of the summer.

In the late afternoon last tuesday when I had to pick up things from the supermarket. There was quite a lot of walking done. This is one of the best forms of exercise for anyone, at least for me. Exercise is essential to maintain good health.
