I went to the grocery the other day and saw this cute guy wearing a pink slippers 2 size smaller than his feet. Haha... It's probably his sisters slippers. A couple of years ago I saw this TV reporter wearing boxer shorts in the the grocery too. Looks like he just woke up or something. And I will never forget this one, this lady around 50's went down from the jeep and everybody saw her orange lacy type thong, I mean come on... If you want to wear it, don't show it off in public. Lol... Hey, I've done my part too. I'm wearing house clothes (you know, over sized shirt and over sized shorts) and went to the mall. I totally forgot why I have done that??? I'm glad nobody recognized me.

Hi Santosmarichris,
Oh ya, I've done my share of inappropriate dressing....especially when I was younger but I'm sure I still have and not even realized or given it a thought. Once I ran into my Aunt in the grocery store. She was probably in her 40's but she was a model with a great body and could get away with showing off her body a bit more than some others her age. I mean she looked great in the mini-skirts and all. Still this was a little much. Here she is walking toward me with a big smile, head held high and OMG...I think she forgot her skirt. She had the cutest top matched up to a pair of black tights...that's it! I was a teen and had a friend with me. I can't tell you how very much I wanted to turn and walk the other way pretending not to know her at that moment. That was years ago and whenever my aunt's name comes up in conversation, my friend and I still giggle over that one. Anyway....These are the things that make people-watching such a great pastime.

I think my entire teenage life until freshmen college was nothing but inappropriate. I'm not saying it's perfect now but at least I finally look a little close to normal.
I was a tomboy since 4th grade. (Note: Tomboy NOT lesbian. No offense to anyone.)
And I wore my dad's clothes. Even when I went to church. I hate parties because I was forced to wear girl's clothes. I swore I get fever every after I wear girl's clothes, much more wear girl's shoes! It was always a baggy shirt paired with baggy pants, and worn out rubber shoes.
I never figured out that time why the rest of the girly girls would stare at me head to foot. They found me weird! The painful realization sank in when in my 2nd year of college, a cousin became frank with me and forced me to dress up. She changed my life in a moment and I would never be the same again!

Oh wow@! This is something to see here! I have always tried my best to dress appropriate whenever I leave to go somewhere that is in public. I just never know who I may run into.. When I was a teenager, I had on clothing that was considered inappropriate for the Skating Rink, and the man that worked there told me that I had to leave and go home and change. I did not go home. I think that I just rearranged my shirt to make it look more suitable. I could not go back home.. My grandmother was there...

I don't think that there is a person alive that has never left their house dressed inappropriately to some degree. When I was a sophomore in college I'd overslept on the day of one of my finals and because of that I had five minutes to get out of bed and get to the classroom. Needless to say, I left my pajamas on and pulled on a pair of pants to go take the test. Most recently it is only that my basic wardrobe is jeans and t-shirts which I would ordinarily have to change several times throughout the day because of having the kids with me.

Hi,
It never happened to me waering inappropriate and go out for a shopping or meet someone. I hope this won't happen to me.Pray hard !!
It is such a weird to wear inappropriate and go out, people will see with
funny reaction and I believe lot of people will give a strange staring.
Normally, I will just wear simple when going out depend on the occasion.
Let's say just go buy grocery at supermarket,I will go for a jean and t-shirt with flip flop sandal. It is more confortable too.

I can understand that guy wearing small pink slippers. He probably was in a hurry to go to that place and could not find his own slippers. I have also done this, like wear a pair two sizes bigger than mine and two sizes smaller. It happens. And yes, I have gone out wearing only my house dress. But it is in the market to buy food, so I guess in the market you can see all weird people there, some half clothed, others in tattered clothes, so I just sort of blended. LOL

I had a similar experience where I went to high school one day and wore sandals instead of shoes, well, I had allergies on my feet then so I was excused. Still felt embarrassing though as it didn't look well with my uniform.

I've been to the mall wearing my pajamas! (Well, not really pajamas, tights and shirt - not really PJs as we know 'em, but the one I actually woke up in!
