iqinxiang I think that firstly you have to make people trust you website, like paying payments on time, having bonuses for members, etc, this way people will stick to your ptc even though its nothing special.

iqinxiang i doubt you should really tip so often and so much...think of it, those people are already earning what they should be earning and if you keep the 5$ everytime you feel like tipping, in end you will save alot, just because you are a little bit selfish.
