Do you have any strange habits in your sleep? I talk, snore and sometimes stop breathing in my sleep. I have conducted an orchestra and performed aerobics. I have also massaged my husbands face and thumped him on the back over and over. He has hit me in his sleep before as well. Anyone else got some strange experiences?

Ever since I was young I have always talked and walked in my sleep. It seems to happen no matter whether I have something on my mind or not. I have even hit out at my husband before! All in my sleep of course! Funny thing is, my daughter who is two has slept talked and moved in her sleep from about one years old too.

Yes, I apparently talk a lot in my sleep, most of it my boyfriend cannot understand as I mumble, but sometimes I shout out. He says that I also snore occasionally too. I know that I have hot him in my sleep before now, and he has turned round and whacked me too. The other thing that I do, which I am actually aware of, is that I have a habit of biting down on my teeth and grinding them in my sleep. I actually broke one doing that... my dentist said it was down to stress, which cause us to grind our teeth, especially at times where we have a lot on our mind.
I am not the only one who has odd sleeping habits though... my boyfriend talks and shouts out in his sleep, and he snores something terrible if he lays on his back. My 9 year old son, also talks in his sleep, but he also has nights where he will sleep walk, which is a really strange thing to see, and it was quite nerve racking the first time I caught him doing it, because he looks awake since his eyes are open, and he will talk to you about something not relevant to anything really, but as soon as I say gently "Go back to bed".. he will walk back to his room, get into bed put the covers back on him, and drift into a deep sleep.. to look at him after he gets back into bed you would think that he had been in bed for hours, as he is just deeply sleeping. Even my 18 month old toddler talks and giggles in his sleep, which is quite funny to hear on the baby monitor which is in our room lol.

Your experiences are like mine. My daughter fell asleep in the toilet the other night. She talks in her sleep and so does my 8 month old little boy. I also teeth grind and had these gum shield made, but I lost it now and didn't like wearing it. However my face really aches sometimes. My little boy will sleep with his eyes open. I think it sounds like we are suffering from some sort of sleep disorder.

Yes I have a really strange habits in my sleep. I have a habit of get out of bed and walking. Well there is a really funny story about me and my friends. When I was in boarding school my friends know that I have a habit of walking in sleep so they hang a pair of shoe on the door so that I will come to know when I hit the shoe. Our matron came to our room, she open the door and shoe hit on her head. She got really angry and she didn't even give a chance to explain why we did this so next morning we are called in the assembly by hanging our shoe over our neck. he he he.

At some point or the other, it's common for people to have some weird sleeping habits. My roomates used to tell me that I occasionally shout out in my sleep. It's not a big deal, right? Coz it is known to all that not every part of our body rest during our sleep. In spite of that I always wonder what it will be like if I tape it at night And speak of dream, I'm such a guy who always have numerous dreams during my sleep, and I can still recall some of them when I wake up. My sleep quality is pretty bad, huh? But I really enjoy these real feeling in dreams. Come on it's dream, who don't like dreams?
Anyway wish you have a nice dream.
