I guess you are from South America or from other cold place. In my place we now had very sunny about +35 Celsius. There are so hot like in Madrid or Barcelona. In winter nights I eat the same things what I eat in other seasons. But, nice would be something hot like soup or hot chocolate, hot tea etc. I hope you would enjoy your cold days. Take care, Have a nice day!

Thank you for making me think cool during the hot summer days that we've been experiencing here lately. Well, during the winter I like to cook comfort foods. I love to do a hearty stew, homemade vegetable soup, casseroles, chicken and dumplings, chili, that kind of thing. These kinds of food are very comforting and will warm your bones while you are cold. Now it almost makes me wish it would get cold so I could enjoy some hearty foods.

alilin28 well I am in hot Southern California in the middle of summer and a heat wave so are you from the Philipines or Australia that it would be winter there now? I would say hot soup of any kind, chili con carne, or beef stew, and lots of hot bread and nice hot coffee or a nice hot plate of spaghetti and meat balls, all good cold weather dishes to warm your tummy 'and your soul too.

It's a 112 degrees here in Vegas and you don't even want to turn the oven on. I like a nice bowl of chili or soup on cold days, also stew is great winter food.

Well, over here it is a hot and summers day. On a regular winter night though, I usually have delicious, steamy, steak, with a side of coffee. I am a rock without coffee. We usually eat a lot of hot things, like oven baked meat, hot cocoa, coffee, and on rare days, ribs! We make delicious fall off the bone ribs in our indoor barbecue. Fabulously delicious!
