The hardest interview question anyone can ask?

I think the hardest question is Where will you be in 5 years.. Who knows

If someone asked me to tell them about my self..I would start with my passions..things of importance to me..you have no idea how much that reflects on your abilty to do a job...much more than strength and weaknesses..

It is easier to tell the interviewer your strengths, but much harder to tell him or her about your weaknesses,without harming your prospects of getting the job. I am speaking from my personal experience and talking about your weaknesses is really a double-edged sword.You stand to lose either way.
