Call Center Jobs

Do you think that call center jobs are the most stressful? I have had people tell me all you do is sit on your butt all day and its so much more to that. You have to deal with different personalities, people who cant read, comprehend, right click, left click...its stressful. Does anyone on here work a call center job and at times just want to throw your monitor or just curse out everyone calling in? !

I have had two customer service jobs and I did not like them. A lot of the people that called in were rude to me. They would get angry at me and take it out on me even though I was right. I have been cursed out and even threatened! No amount of money is worth this. I was so stressed every day and I am glad to be out of it.
