How to claim my earning here in paypal

This site says that mylot's paypal is not available in our country(Philippines).
Can anyone tell me anything what should I do for me to claim it? tnx

You can claim it thru your bank account my friend. when u log in your profile, there is one heading "withdraw". the first part there says withdraw funds to your bank account.
someone asked this already. i answered and explained it on the guestbook page of my site. you can check my profile with a site written below my profile photo.

I started mylot more than 3 years ago but i didn't experience problem about my online earnings. I applied EON card from UNIONBANK and received it after 2 months. Before EON card can be applied online unlike now you need to apply over the counter. I link my EON account to my Paypal and I used also to verify my Paypal account. I withdraw my earnings through my EON account. You can not withdraw your mylot earnings directly to your bank account, you must passed first to your Paypal account before you can withdraw to your bank.

well its available, what you have to do is to have a debit card and such to link with your paypal.
