I love fruit and now my favourite fruit of the season is grapes, I like green and black grapes but they have to be seedless.
I have now got into the habit of taking the grapes one by one off the stems and putting them into a plastic bowl and popping it in the freezer.
They come out nice and frozen solid and you can eat them straight away, have you ever tried this ? Do you like the idea eating of frozen grapes? I think they are delicious.

Just like when you heat those fruits, is there a risk some live nutrients like enzymes will be killed when you freeze those fruits in a freezer?

I just remember a related question given to me by one of my professors in college of Pharmacy, I was asked "Are you sure your biting and chewing of raw Carrots does not destroy its live Beta-carotene and enzymes?"

I do this all the time and it is a great treat for people who are struggling with diets s they taste just like boiled sweets (candy)
I put the loose grapes that you always get in the bottom of the bag in a tray in the freezer and always have a little something sweet but not naughty as a treat!!
