how do bosses know if their office subordinates have ill feelings towards them?

Relationship refers a relation/involvement between family, co workers, friends etc.
This time i want to focus on bosses and subordinates relationship. I always give respect to everyone. But I have notice that my officemates make names calling to our bosses and even murmuring vindictive words to our bosses. Our bosses are not aware that this is happening in our workplace. So, I would like to know, how do bosses in a similar situation know if their subordinates have ill feelings toward them and how hey can remedy this matter?

If the bosses are very observant not only the office premises but especially of their workers. Second, if there is someone who can tell things what surrounds them though risky in the part of that person. remedy when talking first to that particular person and have to know the reason exactly of their ill feelings.

Thank you for your reply. I agree with you. Bosses should be very observant and should be very careful of what they are saying and do, especially the treatment that they are giving to their subordinates.
