What do you do when you are stressed out?

What I do is I go to http://failblog.org/ http://engrishfunny.com/ and http://failbook.com/ I make myself happy reading funny pictures and comments. How about you?

Some people say going to massage parlor and have yourself massaged works great too in relieving your stress. What do you think?

Inhale Exhale exercise... then go to shower.. then get out of the house .. and have some walk to the mall... then shopping !!!!

i usually play video games and such but when at work i usually walk around and let the cool breeze touch my face.

When I'm stressed out I usually eat specially sweet foods like chocolate and ice cream.But I think the most effective way to treat the tired body is to take a deep sleep and try not to think to much about problems.As much as possible stay positive and be happy.

I do different things depending on my mood. Sometimes I check my Facebook account, sometimes I pick up a book to read. I also do some push ups and sit ups to relieve some of the stress. If I feel like singing I pick up my guitar and sing. And of course, when I feel like talking, I go to myLot! :)

When I'm stressed out, I go for a walk or I do some window shopping. I also like eating something cold to cool down my nerve and lighten up the mood. These are the things I like to do to de-stress.

I tend to read books more often. Or if I'm not reading i play piano/violin. I sometimes go out with friends just having coffee, hanging out - food tripping. Bbut mostly i play the piano then after piano go with the violin.

Ether Icount backwards from ten,read parts of the hitch hikers guide to the galaxy (which is the best book ever and i highly recommend it)or search for de-motivational posters on photobucket. which is kind of like failblog.
Bt now that Ithink about it,i go to sixbillion secrets.com and read them.they put whatever small thing i'm feeling stressed about into perspective.
