I need to lose weight in two weeks.

There's a party that I will be attending in two weeks, I don't expect drastic change in weight, a pound or two the most. I read that if you have a healthy diet, your skin will get glowing. Is that true? Will that happen in two weeks? I hope so. So, what exercise can I fit in in my student schedule and meal plans? How much caloric intake is possible? Help? :)

It is very possible to lose a couple of pounds in just two weeks. You simply have to cut out fat and sugar and stick to healthy options. You can also control your portion sizes at mealtimes but drink lots and lots of water to keep hydrated and to stave off any hunger panngs. It is also true that a healthy diet will show in your skin. You will get a better complextion and a healthier look to your face. Any cardio exercise will be great for burning fat, so jogging, swimming and cycling are all great things to do. Intense aerobic exercises will also be good to help you lose weight quickly. Good luck :)

Yes it is possible to lose 2 pounds in a week safely. Losing only a pound or two in a week can still be considered safe. But losing beyond that is tantamount to slowly killing yourself. It can be done by proper planning of your diet and physical activities. Before you start off with your diet, calculate first your BMR. It will tell you how much calorie intakes your body needs to maintain the weight the you currently have. And if you already know your daily calorie requirement, then you can reduce your calorie intakes so you can lose weight. 1 lb. is equivalent to 3500 calories. So if you need to lose 1 pound in a week, you need to be able to reduce calorie intake of at least 3500 in a week. Hi, Lose weight in two weeks time? Then you might have a strict diet into your daily meal in order to achieve your goal. Avoid those fried stuffs and also eat more vegetables and fruits. Fruits can be part of your diet meal. I got to know this slimming product from my friend named LEPTIN (USA PRODUCT). I have lot of friends have been taking these products and they have slimmed down alot. 3-4kgs in a month.that's sound amazing. I am yet to try out this product myself. I suggest you jog every morning. Don't eat too much rice ans avoid sodas, avoid sweets. If you can just eat bread, fruits and vegetables, much better. You will lose weight in 2 weeks.

well normal exercising and diet won't probably help you lose too much weight in two weeks, but again it all depends on the person's metabolism so people gain weight or lose weight faster than others. I rarely gain weight even if i wanted i can only go as much as 20 lbs then the next few weeks once i get back to my regular diet habits i lose it just in a blank....anyways, you could try a crash diet, it's really hard because it's all about being mentally strong and determined. I tried it once, 'cause i had gained about 10 lbs and had a modeling photoshoot in 5 days. My family thought i was crazy wen i decided to go through with this extreme diet, anyways, i tried it got through with it, doubled my exercise habits and lost 7 pounds in 3 days. It worked for me, and it might be different for everybody especially if you don't follow the sort of diet step-by-step.....

Crash diet is not healthy. You concentrate on protein rich diet with almost zero fat and that includes pastries, icecreams, anything made of sugar, butter and its like. Instead of opening a pack of chips, munch on some fruits..drink plenty of water. Reduce carbohydrate and you will manage to reduce a pound or two. All the best.

In just two weeks. That is a good luck for you if that will happen in two weeks. I am sorry but that is so drastic. Why you did not anticipate at least a month or maybe you can used the tighthening stuff. That would make you some how loose weight.

For most people, cutting out carbs will get quick results. And by carbs I mean everything, sugar, flour and pasta and everything. You can still eat as much protein and veggies and even some good fat though. It's not the most fun thing to do, but it is just for 2 weeks, so you should be fine. This only works if you usually eat carbs though!

I've read that that eating apples helps a lot for cleaning your body from all the toxins we got. So u pay try to do this, some people clean their body with tea and fruits.

do you eat rice?if you are eating rice, replace it with bread...since you are studying, you have to maintain a balance diet. but you can still lose your weight if you will remove rice from your diet. it really helps a lot. you can see the difference even in just a week.
