How many of u think that MBA is needed for an efficient manager

although an MBA degree doesn transform a nerd in2 a good manager who has mind-blowing analytical n managerial skills,a good manager requires this degree 4 the sake of his placements..

i dont think that an mba is necessary for better managerial operations because i am only 22 years old now and i am doing quite good at handling my company and my resources both financial and human. therefore i dont think that an mba is necessary for managerial operations its only that by having a degree it gives an edge above the other whereas in this world of business it is quite difficult for an mba to manage a business in an ethical manner which the person is tought in a mba course.

Absolutely Not. Some people are just born with the skills neccessary to run a successful business. Such as myself. Now all I need is the Capital.

It has become one of the most over rated courses ever! After Engineering I suppose. An efficient manager needn't always be an MBA degree holder!! Look at Laloo Prasad Yadav!
