This discussion i heard from 2 students who are best of Friends who just Graduated from College both are well of,but have different views and plans, the other is a son of a Businessman and the other is a son of a Company President...Here is the discussion:Student 2 Hey,we are graduates now, what are our Plans for the Future ask one of the student,STUDENT NO.1 ANSWERED; well since we graduated with Honors i will be applying in a Big Company and I'm sure i will be accepted and i will be climbing the ladders of Success and be the President of that Big Company..that is Good said student 2,and he answered while you are applying in a big Company i will start a Big Company and i will hire good people to run it and Yes you are hired...Any choice from this 2 students i would go for student no.2 he is more likely to Succeed and he has the drive to be an employer instead of an employee, well i know that we all have different views here, make your choice and share some views...Let's discuss now!thanks!

I'll go for student #2. Being an employee will never make you rich. As an employee, your income is only limited. No matter how high you are paid, still that is the maximum that you can earn. Unlike if you are in business, you get unlimited income. Your income would be dependent on your ability to run the business. And if you are confident that you are good, then go for business.

we chose the same,we understand that being in a business too is risky, you may be bankrupt if things will not work..but we prefer to be an employer than an employee..thanks!

Yeah you're right. High risk, high income...low risk, low income.

In my opinion, both the students are correct in teir views regarding their future since they have their targets for ultimate success, irrespective of their choice of routes! But as an enterpreneur's choice, I may say that the no.2 student has a better vision than the no.1 student! He has the choice to be the empoyer of many employees by establishing a big company. Anyway, all these are hypothesis, but the reality may take the form in different ways that nobody can say and that depends upon many factors time to time, determining real success!! Thanks for this nice topic and may both the friends share real success in their lives!!
