What's your favorite summer activity?

Besides during a heat wave, I enjoy going for walks and going to the pool. I also like to visit museums, which are always nice and cold. I love to go get an ice cream treats.

Summer in my home country is from June to August. The weather can be warm and the sky blue or the day can be cool and rainy with a gray sky. In summer my favorite activity is a day out to a place that is pleasant to visit. Like today I met up with a friend in Cheddar. I would like to take the train down to a seaside that is about three hours ride away. It has a yellow sandy beach, some pretty gardens and a superb shopping area.

My all time favorite summer activity is to go to the beach for a picnic! I love grilling and having a bar-b-q. I also enjoy walking through our state parks :) I love being outside when we have an activity planned. I just like doing things, whether it's walking, visiting the state parks, or going to the beach with my family.

Well in india there is lot of heat and its relly difficult to go out after 10a.m.But in the evening i try to go out with my friends for an ice cream to cool things off.In noon time its really impossible to go out due to the heat otherwise we could fall ill so easily.So in the evening we have a small get together and we chat together sitting in a park or resturant.

I can't help but to comment on this one! I love the great outdoors. My husband loves the great outdoors. Over time we came up with this bright idea to own a "camping" spot in North Central Minnesota. No cabin, no dock just a travel trailer, boat, shed, most of the conveniences of home and a fire pit. Most people don't realize the cost of lake property and cabin can be high. As time goes on the dock will be too much work to maintain. Oh ya we are putting up a small guest house so we will have two extra places for people to stay the night. Taxes are low and we are part of a gated community so there is a swimming pool and hot tub for the Grand Children to enjoy. It's not much but cheap to maintain. Last year I counted 50 days spent there, this year will be 65. We spent a week of vacation there. We probably won't have to give it up until we are well into our 80s. Yes, a huge beach 3 miles away. Yes, WE LOVE SUMMER! Glad you asked!
