Why a lot of people

YES,, coz No choice at all if truly love your family. He/she sacrifice things for the good future of the kids. Love and care that triggers to do such a thing. No question about such, i guess.

People would want a better life and for their family that at least they can have food in their plate to serve and be able to live an easier life. Being away from the family is not easy but there's no other choice but to work away from them in order to have a better future. It's not because they don't have a choice to chose upon but are just forced because of the economic situation. On the other hand, some work abroad compensates well than in their own country so they don't have any choice.

Maybe because they feel that they can do better in work, and earn better in another country, and therefore do not have much choice in the matter.

Maybe one of the reasons is they don't want to see their family lack of everything and or nothing to eat while they never do something to solve the problem.

Well, it's their way of showing their care,love, and concern for their family. My mother and sister are working in other countries. I am aware of their longing to come and their loneliness but they think of our future and use their longing as an inspiration to work harder and stronger.:D

Because maybe they are not getting a good payment in their country, and maybe they want a better life for their families, and they cannot offer this in their country, this is the main reasons for this.
