How do I please myself??

so true. sometimes we r so busy living for others that we forget ourselves. You know happiness is just the absence of sadness. All we have to do is to keep ourselves happy. Start doing things that you always wanted to but couldn't due to time default. Gift yourself a shopping day. There are so many beautiful things arouund us which we miss out as we are so busy running after aftificial things.

The way of pleasing myself is by doing shopping like buying expensive dresses, saddles, eating delicious food, watching sad movies , doing long travel journey, chatting on nets , dancing all alone at home and most probably sharing the feelings of past to our close friends.

Thats the worst mistake we do. I have do everything for others all my life and now i am in a situation where i have to do all on my own. i have no one to help me or love me.

Of course, we deserve to please and treat ourselves. My way is doing things that make me happy like shopping, watching movies and playing computer games. Sometimes, I do food tripping...hehehe

I please myself by buying the food I want to eat like ice cream or dark chocolate, anime figures or WWE collectibles, shirts, and shoes. Having a good sleep also pleases me and reading mangas and books too...:D I long for simple things.

you are right JM,we must please ourselves from time to time,take some time to look after us,do things that we like.if we wait for the future,we won't be able 2 do anything.
