How do I please myself??

In the quest of pleasing everyone, sometimes we forget ourselves..........how do we do so?? Don't we deserve our love ourselves as others deserve....... DON'T YOU THINK SO....???

what do you do when you are sad?

i usually prefer to be alone when am sad. i try to think where things when wrong and if it can improve. Some people prefer listening to music while other would eat lots of chocolate. What about you?

jmuniah I usually turn on the music I reaaly love, play it so loudly that it soaks in through my skin, I dance in my pyjamas and voila..............you feel the pain lift!!! :)

Feelings: when are they real?? When can they be trusted??

Sometimes we get feelings for someone but its really hard to know whether they are genuine and that the its the ONE who really deserves it?? Do you feel the same??
