I know that every time I feel upset, or alone, or any other feeling there is out there; I just want to sit down, put on some head phones, and drift of into the world of music. I believe that music is its own world. We people want to be in that world. We can do what we can to create and try to be a part of the music world. But music is its own unique universe. We as people can only experience it with our own emotion. Happy, sad, energetic. There is always a feeling that goes along with every song. Music is our therapy. What do you believe?

Listening to music is a perfect way for me for relaxation and getting rid of all the stresses of the day. One can say music is the therapy. I would listen to music every evening after I get back home from work. Classical music is my choice for that matter, and I keep a collection of CDs of classical music, Chopin, Brahms, Beethoven, Johan Strauss.

Hi spazz!
Indeed, music is a good therapy. Like you I have to be honest that I often resort to listening to music after a hard day's work, when I'm down or simply when I need to lift my spirit up. Music does wonders to the tired mind and body. My favorite is pop.
