I've always was kind of a wild child. Drinking, smoking eating junk and even tried some drugs back in the days.
I kicked pretty much all my bad habits except for the drinking. I still like to have a few beers on the weekends maybe a few too many at times .
During my workweek I'm pretty much a saint so on the weekends I like to let loose a little.
Do you have any bad habits or did you kick them

I can't think of any.. hahaha well, maybe the habit of killing time. What I mean is not using the time wisely. There are times that I put aside things that is suppose to be done right away. I always do that.. and maybe that is the habit that I want to improve. Good that I have no habit of drinking or smoking hahah those are the worst habit for it will damage our health in the long run.

I used to have the habit of biting my nails badly till just last year. I am 36 now. I got tired of having stubby nails and not being able to do nothing with them. It was hard to quit but I did. Now I am trying to get my 9 year old sister to quit as well. Now I just need to kick about 20 more bad habits then I would be fine..lol I stay up to late. It is after 5 am here. I need to stop eating junk food and bad for me foods. I didn't do a lot as a kid. I tried smoking once and got caught..so that was the end to my wild streak for a long time..A little drink to relax on the weekends is good for you helps flush your kidneys out from all the junk and toxins you had from during the week..lol

Congratulations on kicking out your bad habits! I think many people wouldn't find that easy to do. Fortunately, I don't have those kind of vices, so I don't need to force myself to stop. But I have on bad habit, which is tardiness, and I'm really finding it hard to change. I hope one day I'll be able to kick off that bad habit.

My bad habit is my networking. I spend most of my day on my laptop, either on FaceBook, MySpace, MyLot or something else. I like internet shopping as well, so I spend alot of my time on it. It's hard to break though, because I can't get it out of my environment. I don't want to give it up, because that would be a total waste of my money. I refuse to give it up, but I want to stop spending more than 40 hours a week on it.

Well Bad habbits are as common to us as anything, we are "creatures of Habit", that is bad or good. It takes thirty days to make or break a habit, thats the hard part, but persistance wears resistance so if you hang in there you can prevail or overcome. I have had many bad habbits, I quit smoking six years ago. It was mind over matter for me. I had to stay in the mind set that in time the cravings would pass. I carried my smokes with me everywhere I went, I just told myself that it was my choice and I could choose to smoke anytime I wanted to, and I put myself off five min. at a time for years. It worked because I stopped getting mad at everyone for trying to deprive me. I also stopped telling people I was quiting and it took the pressure off. And then prayer helped.

I do not like drinking, smoking , eating junk food, other vices. For any human, the behavior is most important. If any one cultivate any habit and the habit will not be given up in future and the one gets addicted to it.For any happy living these habits are branded as bad habits. These habits increases our expenditure and also waste of our times.

I quit smoking and lost 30 pounds all at the same time, now that's pretty good.
Usually people who quit smoking gain weight.
