Last month,I want to go home to visit my parents and my nephew. However, the manager don't agree me to leave the company and she said that she would go for errand in the near future,so I shouldn't leave office in the busy time...So I gave up my paln to stay in my position. But at last ,she didn't go for business,either...I was so angry but can say nothing.I worry about she will still not agree me to go home,If she, what should I say to maintain my right.(Note:the manager is a little abnormal)

Every clerk will help managers to complete the important work at fist, however,I can see with my eyes whether she is busy or have important things to do.In fact, she is not busy really, she just pretend to be very busy in the purpose of showing the boss her every busy day.How sham she is!
If I understand her action,then I have become a sham person,Am I right?

I don't know if in your country there is a labor law that entitles you to a vacation leave. Because in mine, every employee is entitled to at least 20 days of leave every year. And every employer here must abide to the labor laws. If in your country you also have that, then it is your right. You can demand of that right without the fear of being fired by doing so.
Maybe you can schedule your leaves for the whole year ahead and submit and discuss this schedule with your boss. That way, your boss can also schedule his activities and the necessary preparation that he needs to do in your absence.
I cannot really judge your boss, not just yet. I don't really know the situation that much to make comments against your boss. Maybe you filed your leave in a very inappropriate time, when business is at it's busy months and your boss would be needing the presence of all his staff.

This manager is not my boss. But the woman manager always asks clerks to do something in the name of the boss, and nobody know whether boss has say those things or not.The woman manager has no person prestige by now because she has done many bad things to employees and above is her nature-- a vicious woman.
The company I work in is a personal company,so there is no sense to speak the right of having vacation. However,at the beginning,I have obtain the permission from the boss that I can take 4 days off every month(every Sunday each week) and regarding my home is far away from the company, my boss allow me to take the 4 days off together.
But now ,all because of the vicious woman,I can not go home to visit my parents and I miss home very much.
Everything becomes worse in the hand of this woman manager, shoot!

Do you live away from home? Is it vacation you fighting for or just your right to be off at the end of your shift? I would say to talk to her superior. I would advise you not resign in this economy.
