Do you believe that the Best Things in Life are Free?

The best things in life really aren't free. The best things that have happened to me have come through either hard work or loss. Nothing is free.

Yes cause you get them because people gave it with no money or no other things are expected to be given back. It is real love, giving.

Yes....like you said...family love, being with nature...enjoying just staying home are some of the greatest pleasures in life...and yes. They are free. Some people get too caught up in "having things"...like the saying goes. Don't be too busy making a living....that you forget to have a life.

Of course, the best things in life are FREE. During childhood time, there was no worry. We just roamed and wandered about without worry and care of what will happen next. That was lost and gone. Now we can't even leave our sons and daughters unattended any more. There is no security. Police is not doing their job. We have to pay for security by employing security guards to patrol our neighborhood. We have to pay for our education, our health-care. We install filter for our water because the water-works is inefficient. Sometimes we have to wear masks because the Environment Department is sleeping on their job. Nothing is FREE except TAX.

Yup especially with music. I love listening to music and second could be nature. It is great.

I do believe in that. You're right. Don't think what is too high. The air is free but it's too important with us.

i actually do. my hubby was off for 9 months and finally got a job this past june and now we are having to pay off all the bills we have accumulated. we have our kids that love us and parents that have helped us over this rough patch. we go for walks on the beach, visit the library, stay outside and gaze at the stars, that sort of thing.

...rainbows, sunshine and rain, thunder, lightning, surfing, hiking, swimming in the river, rafting, all that is nature and life... especially LOVE. Love is free. Is there anything better than that?

Yes, they are FREE that's why they are BEST.:-) You don't have to work hard for it yet you can have it. You don't need to ask for it but you received it. I have to say that i agree that the best things in life are free. We may not always realize it at the time, but it is true. There is more appreciation in things that can not be bought. If we go through life only worrying about material possessions, we miss out on the greatest joys that life can bring.

i don't think that the best thing in life is free. i think the fast life exhausts you but it brings you enjoyment when you succeed and assure a good life for not only you but your family. the best thing is that you find your interest in your work and feel love in your family

I honestly do believe that the best things in life are free. In addition to what you have listed, beautiful places such as the ocean beaches can really make you feel relaxed and at ease. I would certainly put the love of my family and friends as #1 on my list! I don't know where I would be with out them.

Yes I do believe that the best things in life are free. A smile from your children,a walk in early morning when dawn is just breaking, the love of your family, listening to birds singing in the trees, reading a good library book. Having a peaceful and stressless life, good friends to share a laugh with, these are what makes life worth living.

I agree with you and I absolutely believe in that cliche. Best things or shall i say true happiness can be merged into one inside a full house. My baby's "daddyyyyyyyyy!" and a kiss and a hug the time i arrived home makes me really delighted. It would always best to know your limitations and abilities in life. Think about this- in every minute in your life, whether it's a happy or sad experience, just try to FEEL it, enjoy it or play with it. It's because we really can't turn back time. Only then you'll realize you're man enough and things you wanted are absolute FREE.

I guess it is free in a sense that you don't have to pay money to gain it, but it does have its costs. Like to be have a loving wife, you have to love her back, give her time, be willing to listen to her and many other things. These will cost you time and effort, but not money. I agree that the love of a family is very precious but we have to choose to forgo things in order to enjoy it, Like going home after office hours instead of going overtime every night of the week. I am also a very busy person, but when I realize this, I decided that nothing is more important than spending time with my family. Not even earning a little extra money to pay for our obligations.

free is make-up word, it can't make sure in our fast pace life but we should face it actively, all thing is subject to our mind every morning keep good mood, i think everything is different

I guess the best things in life are really those that are free because you need not to think about anything or worry about anything with things that are free. I always think about those things that are free as something anyone could just enjoy no matter what their social status is.

Yes I really believe that the best things in Life is free. What will you feel if you have all the things and the richest in this world but you don't have someone to love or friends to hang-out with or you don't have a family, I am sure that you will be lonely and sad with your life because you will feel that you are poor in life because nobody shows love and care for you. Being cared for and being loved are one of the great things in Life, and you don't need to buy those because they are Gift's from God. All you need to do is pray, and in your prayers you need to ask for you to receive. That is really real.. believe it or not!

yes, the best thing in life is free it's not about the big things but the small one like for a example a free newspaper in a train station, free coffee, or free samples other than that is the free time to relax that's mening for me of free.
